Processing/Shipping
We ship via USPS both Domestic and International. Each package is tracked to ensure delivery and we make every effort to process and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it. Deliveries via USPS Standard Shipping usually take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you need your order right away, expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Choose either Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (overnight). 

Return Policies
We want you to be happy, and we truly take pride in the quality of products we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases you can make a return within 14 days in the original condition for exchange or Sonny Boutique credit only (less shipping charges). Sale items are a final sale and are not returnable. All items must be returned unused and original packaging and tags in tact. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders, personalized products and sale items. Please email returns[at]sonnyboutique.com for a reference number and return instructions.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Sonny at your own cost.

Stock
We make every effort to have sufficient stock on all of our items on Sonny Boutique, however if we sell out of an item or if an item is on back order, we will notify you via email before shipping the order.

Gift Wrapping & Gift Messages
We currently offer free gift wrapping with gift messages on any requested orders. Gifts are wrapped in craft paper, stamped with our logo and adorned with a sonny yellow ribbon. We can also wrap your gift in an eco-friendly box for an additional $5. Gift messages are typed by an old-school type writer on a Sonny Boutique note card for that personal touch. Packaging
We package all of our goods using recycled tissue paper, try to use recycled boxes and envelopes and do our best to keep packing materials used to a minimum.

Charity
At Sonny we feel it is our responsibility and opportunity to give back. We give a portion of the proceeds from every order placed to various organizations dedicated to ending hunger in families worldwide. 

Sales Tax
Sonny Boutique collects sales tax on all NJ orders.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
