Processing
We ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail currently only within the United States. Each package is tracked to ensure delivery and we make every effort to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Deliveries via USPS Priority or First Class Mail usually take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you need your order right away, expedited shipping (Express Mail-overnight) is available on most items at an additional charge, email shipping@sonnyboutique.com for these special requests.
Refund, Returns Policies
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a credit or exchange, less shipping charges, within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are a final sale and are not returnable. All items must be returned unused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders, personalized products and sale items. Please email returns@sonnyboutique.com for a reference number and return instructions.
We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Sonny at your own cost.
